About Medical Appointments

If you wish to see a doctor, please make a web reservation (time slot reservation) from the appointment page.

Even if the web reservation slots are full, we may be able to accommodate you depending on the congestion level. In such cases, please visit the reception desk directly.

Please note that priority is given to those with reservations, so there may be a longer waiting time for walk-ins.

First-time visitors to our clinic can also use the web reservation system.

※What is a time slot reservation?

This is a system where multiple patients book appointments for the same time slot, and they are seen in the order they check in at the reception.

Please note that this is different from a fixed-time appointment, where the consultation starts exactly at the reserved time.

What to Bring When Visiting the Clinic

• Health Insurance Card
  • At the beginning of the month, we need to verify your insurance card, so please present it at the reception.
    ※If you do not have your insurance card, please note that you will be required to pay for the consultation and treatment out of pocket.
• Infant Medical Certificate
• Maternal and Child Health Handbook
• Medication Notebook(or any document that shows prescriptions from other medical institutions)
  • If you are currently receiving treatment at another clinic or hospital and have a medication notebook, please bring it with you.
• Extra Diapers

About Payment for Treatment

• Insurance-covered treatments and vaccinations：Cash only.
• Initial helmet treatment for deformational plagiocephaly (when receiving the helmet)：Payment can be made in cash or by credit card (VISA, MASTER, JCB).

For appointments made through Clinics, payment will also be made at the reception desk.
